24/7 Mobile Truck Trailer Repair and Tire Services

My dispatcher gave me this number after our usual shop couldn't get anyone out fast enough. I had a brake chamber that went bad on the drive axle and I was sitting in a truck stop parking lot just losing money every hour. Figured I'd try them and the person who answered actually asked me specific questions about which chamber it was and what symptoms I was seeing, which felt different than the usual "we'll send someone when we can" response. The tech pulled up in I think a white service truck, maybe an hour later give or take. He crawled under there and confirmed it was the slack adjuster too not just the chamber itself. Had both parts. I remember standing there eating a gas station sandwich watching him work and thinking this is way more efficient than limping to a shop. He bled the brakes, did a quick test, everything felt solid on the pedal. The whole timeline from my phone call to pulling out of that lot was under two and a half hours. My dispatcher was kind of shocked actually. I saved his number in my phone under favorites which I don't do for a lot of people.

Was sitting at a receiver with zero air pressure and i thought the whole day was shot. called 24/7 Mobile and they actually answered, asked a couple quick questions, and got to me fast. tech swapped a bad valve, tightened up a fitting, and stayed until the tanks built air and held steady. i made my appointment instead of calling a tow. also appreciated that he told me what failed so i can keep a spare.

They rolled up with a service truck that had everything they needed, and they went straight into a safe setup first. They set triangles, chocked wheels, and checked the air system from front to back instead of guessing. The tech found a cracked push-to-connect fitting that was bleeding pressure, cut the line clean, and installed new hardware the right way. He sprayed for leaks, built air twice, and watched the gauges to make sure it held. Then he did a quick walk-around to confirm the brakes released properly and nothing was rubbing. No trash left behind, no rushed vibe, just careful work and a solid repair.

I broke down with a loaded trailer and these guys didn’t waste any time. Showed up & listened to what I was seeing, fixed the air leak and got me moving again. Fair price for the response!
